1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Firmix Gary Concrete, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Firmix Gary Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveway installation and repair, concrete patios, walkways, sidewalks, foundations, slabs, footings, retaining walls, concrete repair, resurfacing, leveling, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete cutting, removal, replacement, parking lots, curbs, and commercial flatwork in Gary, IN and surrounding areas.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and project scope modifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or natural disasters.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas, obtaining necessary permits where required, marking underground utilities, and providing accurate information about site conditions. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional costs.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover costs incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

9. Liability

Firmix Gary Concrete carries appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, pre-existing conditions not disclosed, or damage caused by acts of nature.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.

11. Changes to Terms

Firmix Gary Concrete reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
